Services

Fill out the form below and request the service you need. Please note, you are responsible for providing all charge points with the correct licenses. You can order these through your supplier.

Services

See below, all services we can offer remotely during an installation.

Setting up a smart charge network

Setting up a network of stations ensures that the available power is spread evenly over the network. Thanks to smart technology, available power is distributed to the existing chargepoints, maximising power allocation.

Available for Keba, Zaptec, Ecotap, and Alfen.

€45 / Set-up tariff €10 /socket

Setting up Dynamic load balancing via energy meter.

Connect your charge station to a smart meter. This allows the charging station to factor in energy usage for “load balancing”. When you use a lot of energy, the charging station can scale down the charging current. When your energy usage drops, on the other hand, the charging station can charge faster.

Available for Keba, Zaptec, Ecotap, and Alfen.

€80 / charging station*

Setting up Dynamic load balancing via smart meter

Thanks to E-Flux you are able to configure “load balancing” remotely via the smart meter. We activate this via the P1 port after the charging point is installed. Note: Smart meter requires protocol DSMR 4.0 or higher.

Available for Zaptec and Alfen.

€30 / charge station*

*All costs are before VAT*

Licenses

The licenses below can be ordered through your supplier. After or during installation, Alfen chargers can be upgraded with additional features. This is only required when you have ordered the chargers without configuration. Please note, it is your responsibility to provide all charge point with the right licenses.

Smart charging network

This license enables the distribution of available power within the network. Thanks to smart technology, the released power is distributed to the accessible charging points, maximising power allocation.

Alfen active load balancing

When you use a lot of power, the charging station can scale down the current. If your usage decreases, on the other hand, your car can be charged faster.
