Start charging in 3 easy steps

Choose between the Comfort (monthly subscription) or Flex (pay-as-you-go) offering and decide whether you prefer to receive a charge card or a charge tag from us by post. Enter the address where we should send the monthly invoice for your charging sessions and complete your order.

Download the E-Flux app in the App Store or Play Store and sign in with your account.

Our all-in-one app helps you find, navigate to, and plan routes to over 530,000 public charging stations across Europe. It provides information on the cost of charging at different stations, including peak and off-peak rates, and you can see your charge history.

Search for a charging station near you. Swipe your card or tag at the station to start your session. When you’ve finished your charging session, the charging station calculates your usage. At the end of the month, all your charge sessions are calculated, and sent to the account holder for payment.

Charge card FAQs

Our charge cards are accepted at public and private charge points in 7.000+ cities, across every country within Europe. Our greatest coverage is in the Netherlands and Belgium with 99% followed by Germany with 95%.

DC (direct current) charging uses high-voltage to provide an experience similar to the stop-and-go nature of a petrol or diesel car. This type of charging, from providers like Fastned and Ionity, enable you to fully charge a battery in 30 minutes or less.

AC (alternating current) charging, most commonly found at public charge points or at home charging, varies based on the type of charge point and the battery size of the car. This type of charging, on average, will take 7 hours to fully charge your battery, making it a popular overnight choice.

The price of electricity changes based on the location and time of day. But, thanks to the E-Flux by Road app, those with our charge cards can easily see the price to charge at any publicly available chargepoint or any associated fees.
